Liz Kriz, LMBT & RYT 500 will guide you through gentle movements to find and release patterns of tension and bring mindfulness into your shoulders and neck. Rest in a series of restorative poses to gently enter into a state of deep relaxation. With breath work and guided meditation, shift from busy doing into the stillness of being. Move gently and rest deeply to rejuvenate body, mind and spirit in a mindful, safe and supportive atmosphere, surrounded by cushions, blankets and bolsters. Wear comfortable layers. All bodies and abilities are welcome.
