CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the unlikely event that you do not keep your appointment:

  • No-shows (not showing for your appointment) will be charged the full price of your service
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of service fee.

Please be considerate. As a small business, we strive for excellent service and your consideration is very much appreciated. Please give us at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or to make changes. We can often fill your space and it really helps to balance our work day!

 

FACILITIES:

Carolina Thai Healing Arts is located in the Park Selwyn Building at 5200 Park Road. 

We are in suite 235 which is upstairs, in building 2. There are stairs and an elevator in the center of the courtyard. Please enjoy the gardens on your way to our suite.

 

CONCERNS and scope of our practice:

We are licensed massage therapists who are experts in our field. However, massage or bodywork is provided for the purpose of relaxation and relief of muscular tension. Massage or bodywork should not be perceived as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment and you should consult a physician, chiropractor, or other qualified medical specialist for any mental or physical condition. We are not qualified to perform skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat any physical or mental illness, and that nothing said during the session should be perceived as such.

Massage or bodywork should not be performed under certain medical conditions, so please state all known medical conditions, and answer all questions honestly. Please keep your therapist updated as to any changes in your medical condition and agree that there shall be no liability on the therapist’s part should you neglect to do so.
