Meet your cupping instructor - Liz Kriz.

Liz Kriz has devoted her bodywork study to the Eastern modalities of Thai massage, cupping, and reflexology. She has trained from DC to Portland and  Canada, London, and Thailand. Liz is always seeking to go deeper and learn traditional medical theories and local knowledge. One of her greatest assets is her ability to delve into the esoteric and bring knowledge to her students in a meaningful and approachable style.

She has trained in cupping from a massage therapist perspective, a Chinese perspective, and a Thai medical theory perspective, as well as indigenous customs. She uses cupping daily in her bodywork practice, whether on a table or a mat, to help her clients reduce pain, release stagnation, and improve function and quality of life.

She teaches modern cupping utilizing silicone cups, facial cupping, facial & body gua sha, advanced traditional fire cupping techniques and Thai massage from foundation to advanced concepts, Thai Medical theory, spirit medicine and herbal medicine.

You can have clients writing reviews like this for you!

“This was my first experience with cupping and I was extremely pleased, especially since it wasn't what I expected. I always thought cupping was just putting "suction cups" on and leaving them there. Duh...

I wound up in full drool mode once Liz began doing the method. She incorporated a massage with the cups that actually brought a tear to my eye with relief.”
