The 2 biggest practiced that changed my life.

I started meditating in 2007 during my first yoga teacher training. I have been utilizing that practice to help calm and settle myself since.

Although I tried over the decades to journal without success, I finally found my way. Now it is part of my daily practice and journaling has dramatically changed my inner life.

These two daily practices, meditation and journaling, have been the keys to helping me through tough times and inner struggles. They are my binoculars and my compass to life.
